Training Events

Conferences
We have developed a programme of conferences and events across England that will offer practical advice and exploration of current education policy. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from learning to learn experts and take part in interactive practical workshops, as well as sharing good practice with other practitioners.

"I have never come away from a conference feeling so fired up and enthusiastic to try stuff out" delegate at 24 April 2008 conference

Workshops
Our workshops will provide a maximum of 15 delegates with a chance to find out more about Learning to Learn and how they can use it in their own school. The intimate workshops will be led by highly experienced trainers and educational practitioners and each delegate will receive a pack of materials to take back to their school.

Topics include:
Beyond the School Gates: Using Learning to Learn to develop parental and community involvement
Learning to Learn in your school: An introduction to Learning to Learn: a whole school approach
This Time its Personal: Learning to Learn for Personalised Learning
From 'good to excellent' teaching and learning through learning to learn
