Healthy living through food and fitness

Being healthy can impact on all aspects of family life in a positive way. By using the theme of wellbeing for your event you can encompass a wide range of topics and issues from history to sports psychology to obesity! Wellbeing is always a hot t topic especially with increased rates of childhood obesity. Family Learning Week events can be an ideal opportunity to introduce activities on the theme of food and sport.
