This one-day masterclass, delivered by Chris Hodson, Policy Consultant to the Campaign for Learning, will provide participants with an overview of the labour market challenges facing welfare to work providers and more importantly, how to beat the trends and deliver performance for your contracts and customers.

- Preparing your customers to stand out from the job seeking crowd

Chris Hodson is a consultant specialising in welfare to work. He has worked within the sector since the introduction of the New Deal in 1998, and been involved with all major welfare to work initiatives since then. He has held senior roles with leading providers with responsibilities including tender response, policy and operational management. In 2010 Chris was instrumental in the creation of The Work Alliance, which is working to better integrate specialist providers within the delivery of major programmes.
