| The Building Trading Capacity project is offering a FREE, accredited training event to explore the benefits and challenges of managing change The day is aimed at managers and trustees who are working with change and the wide implications that change has for an organisation. The day will explore how change affects staff, volunteers and beneficiaries and will provide tools and strategies to plan and manage change in a meaningful way.
